What is required for to attend online training?

To participate in our virtual training sessions, please ensure you have the following:

Minimum Requirements
A computer with a reliable internet connection and the ability to access our instructor-led training platform
The ability to join the teleconference using either computer audio or a dial-in connection

We strongly recommend testing your connection in advance by following the instructions on our Training Connection Test page.

Recommended Setup
A second monitor, allowing you to view the presentation or training materials on one screen while accessing the remote lab environment on the other

What can I expect when I register for training?

Once you have completed your registration, a member of the Industrial Software Solutions team will reach out to confirm your contact information and coordinate payment. Your seat will be held for up to two weeks to allow time to complete this process.

After your registration is finalized—either through a purchase order or credit card payment—you will receive a calendar invitation to confirm and remind you of your upcoming training session.

In the week leading up to your class, you will receive a detailed email with your participant credentials and instructions for accessing our remote training environment. This includes access to fully configured virtual lab machines, pre-installed with all required software and licensing.

How do I pay for a scheduled class?

Payment for Industrial Software Solutions classes may be handled by:

A valid Purchase Order
Pre-payment by credit card via a secure payment link

You can indicate your preferred payment method during the registration process.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

If your plans change and you cannot attend as scheduled, be sure to notify us as soon as possible. Tuition charges are refunded ONLY if cancellation notice is received by Industrial Software Solutions at least two weeks prior to the first day of class.

If cancellation is made less than two weeks before the date of the class, a service charge of 50% of the tuition will be assessed. Those failing to attend the class without cancellation notice prior to the course, will be liable for the full tuition.
